Shipping & Dropshipping: We ship orders within the continental United States. Standard processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Some specialized compression products or accessories may ship directly from our suppliers (dropshipping), which may result in varying shipping times or multiple delivery packages.

Returns & Refunds: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our formal Refund and Returns Policy. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact customer service with any concerns.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the VeinWell Mobile App for personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

App Modifications & Updates: We may release software patches or automatic updates to the app, which may change features or functionality. You agree to download updates to ensure continued secure use of the app.

While our website offers general wellness assessments, scheduling tools, and products, any clinical telehealth consultations or diagnostic assessments performed by our physicians are governed by a separate, formal clinical client agreement and **Telehealth Consent** document. If there is a conflict between these general terms and your clinical consent agreement, the clinical agreement will govern your healthcare.

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, designs, logos, images, code, and compilations, is the property of Gentle Vein Care Center or its content suppliers and is protected by federal copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENTLE VEIN CARE CENTER AND ITS PHYSICIANS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, STORE, APP, OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR IMPLICIT WARRANTIES, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gentle Vein Care Center and its medical staff, affiliates, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, app, or products, or violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to these terms shall be filed solely in courts located in Orange County, Florida.
