Gentle Vein Care Center is currently offering telehealth vein consultations for patients located in Florida while preparing to open our in-person vein clinic in Orlando (Suite 105, 7984 Forest City Rd) in January 2027.
During your online visit, our physician will review your symptoms, medical history, concerns, and goals. If your symptoms suggest that you may need an in-person exam, vein ultrasound, or treatment, we will explain what that next step may look like.
Telehealth can help guide your next step, but some symptoms require in-person evaluation, ultrasound, urgent care, or emergency care.

An online vein consultation is designed to help you get clear guidance before committing to an in-person vein clinic visit.
Book your online visit
Choose an available appointment time online. Before booking, you will answer a few screening questions to make sure a telehealth consultation is appropriate.
Complete your intake form
You will provide information about your symptoms, medical history, medications, prior vein treatments, and what you would like help with. You may also upload leg photos.
Meet with physician by video
During the visit, you will speak with a Florida-licensed physician about your symptoms and concerns. The visit includes questions about symptoms, history, and goals.
Receive a next-step plan
After your consultation, you will receive guidance on what may make sense next. This may include conservative care, compression guidance, or in-person planning.

- ✕Fever or signs of serious infection
- ✕Symptoms that feel sudden, severe, or dangerous
Important Notice:
Leg swelling, pain, skin changes, and wounds can have many causes. A vein consultation can help with guidance, but it should not delay urgent evaluation when symptoms are severe or sudden.

A duplex ultrasound is often needed to evaluate vein function and blood flow. If your symptoms suggest that ultrasound may be appropriate, we will explain why.
