We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Condition: Items returned must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Any garments that have been worn or tried on must be washed before returning them.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products: Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns on these items.
- Final sale items: Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please Note:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. To help offset the cost of the return, there will be a $6.95 charge for a return label.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns, in line with industry standards.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be issued promptly after the return is processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify Us: Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Supplier Items
For items shipped directly from our suppliers:
- Return Address: Returns must be sent to the supplier’s address as provided in the return instructions.
- Processing Time: Please allow additional time for processing returns and refunds on supplier items.
- Supplier Policies: Some suppliers may have specific return policies; we will inform you of any such conditions during the return process.
